How long does shipping take?

Shipping for UK orders is typically 3-4 days, international orders may take 8-11 days. Please be aware that shipping times may be longer due to public holidays and busy times of the year.

What wood are the Drumsticks made from?

All of our Drumsticks are made from the finest American Hickory.

How do I become a dealer/distributor of your products?

How do I get my money back from a return?

If you ordered through our online store, you may always email carlton@collisiondrumsticks.com The credit card you used to place the order will be refunded for the price of the items that have been returned within 10 business days of receiving and accepting the return. The shipping fee will not be refunded. If the credit card cannot be refunded, we will send a check of the return amount to the billing address for that credit card.

How do I return something I ordered?

If you ordered the product through our online store, you may email carlton@collisiondrumsticks.com who will be happy to assist you with your order. If you bought a product from a store or an online retailer, bring the product back to where it was purchased form.
